1 Formula Fishes, the swim school provided by 1 Formula Fitness, encourages aquatic development from early years to early teens. We provide the highest quality lessons to produce the best outcomes from our swimmers. Putting a child’s needs and enjoyment at the centre of our program, we thrive on being a part of their growth.  

In order for us to achieve our mission we ask for the following commitments from you: 

1. Arrive promptly to your lesson and please wait until the teacher invites your child through the door
2. Come prepared with hair tied back, goggles that fit and any other swimming aids needed
3. to ensure a safe handover, please collect your child from their teacher at the end of the lesson
